Booking & Policies
How do I book an apartment?
You can reserve your stay directly through our website or by contacting our concierge team. Provide your preferred dates and apartment choice, and we will confirm availability promptly.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are subject to a 50% charge. No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is available from 3 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.
Are there any additional booking policies?
Guests must provide valid identification upon arrival. A security deposit may be required. Smoking and pets are not allowed inside the apartments to maintain comfort and cleanliness.
